The National Administration Committee

The National Administration Committee (NAC) is composed of one representative counsel from each of the following groups: Canada; Church Organizations; Assembly of first Nations; The National Consortium; The Merchant Law Group; Inuit Representatives; and Independent Counsel.

With regard to the IAP, the NAC requests additional resources from Canada when required for claims processing. Also, the NAC approves of any proposed changes to the IAP that come from the Chief Adjudicator or the Oversight Committee.
