The Adjudicators

The Adjudication function is performed by Deputy Chief Adjudicators and Adjudicators. The responsibility of the Adjudication function is to review documents related to claims; assess the testimony of claimants and witnesses in hearings; and thereafter render a decision. Adjudicators assist with negotiated settlement discussions. They may also review legal fees.
